GENERAL AND SHIPPING INQUIRES

PHORA USA has an option of UPS and USPS as standardized shipping. Upon ordering customer will choose the shipping method of their choice.


PLEASE NOTE: Air packages orders must be placed by 12pm noon time in order to guaranty shipping out on the same day. For orders received after 12pm might be push back to the next business day and will not go out on the same day but the next business day.

WARRANTY AND REGISTRATION

For warranty purpose we required all customers to register all PHORA USA products purchased directly from us to register your purchase. This will ensure you are entitled to our LIMITED 1 YEAR WARRANTY for your purchase. Please provide the following information and email to info@phorausa.com

PHORA USA One-Year Limited is a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty.  

PHORA Watch Case Products is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase when used in accordance with PHORA user manual.  Under this warranty, you will be able to direct your claim to PHORA only if the Product is purchased from PHORAUSA.com directly.  If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, PHORA, at its option will (1) Repair the Product at no charge using new parts or part that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability, (2) exchange the Product with a product with equivalent functionality formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability or with your consent, a Product that is at least functionally equivalent to the product it replaces, or (3) refund the original purchase price. This warranty excludes normal depletion of consumable parts such as wear and tear of Screws, Top Bezel, Mid-Body, Bottom Base unless failure. 

RETURNS

All returns must be in its original packaging conditions and not installed. All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee. All returns will be issued in forms of refund or in-store credit. Please contact info@phorausa.com with your the item code and invoice number to acquire an return RMA number. Any returns over 7 days upon delivery of the product will not be accepted.
